STEP 3: SHARE YOUR REFERENCE PHOTO

Photo Tips:

• High-Quality Images: Provide a clear, high-resolution photo to capture intricate details.
• Natural Lighting: Photos taken in daylight, preferably near a window, yield the best results.
• Focus on Key Features: Ensure facial details like the eyes, nose, and expressions are sharp and visible.
• Multiple Shots: Share several photos to help select the most suitable one. For pets, using a favorite toy or treat behind the camera can help capture their attention.

Combining Images: If you’d like a combined portrait of yourself and your pet, feel free to send separate photos. I’ll skillfully merge them into one harmonious composition. Have a specific pose or idea? Let me know!

For Pets Who Have Passed: I understand how special these portraits are. Send any photos you have, and I’ll create a heartfelt tribute.

Photo Review: Not sure if your photos meet the requirements? Email them to me, and I’ll gladly review them and provide feedback.

STEP 4: CONFIRM YOUR COMMISSION Once you’ve chosen a size and shared your reference photo, book your commission to secure your spot. I’ll reach out within 1-2 business days to finalize the details and start the creative process.

STEP 5: FOLLOW THE CREATIVE JOURNEY You can choose to receive updates throughout the creation process or wait for the final reveal—it’s entirely up to you.

Timeline: Completion times vary based on the size and complexity of your portrait. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.

STEP 6: FINAL REVIEW & DELIVERY Once the artwork is ready, I’ll share it with you for approval. After your confirmation, your portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped.

• High-resolution JPG file

REFUND POLICY Your satisfaction is my priority. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact me, and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Commissions: You’ll have opportunities to request adjustments during the process. Shipping occurs only after your full approval of the final artwork.

Prints & Shop Items: Returns and cancellations are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Please retain proof of postage for returns, as I cannot be responsible for lost items.

Custom or Personalized Orders: For custom pieces, cancellations or refunds after delivery aren’t possible unless the item arrives damaged. Double-check all details when placing your order. Damaged items can be returned with pre-approved shipping costs reimbursed.

SHIPPING POLICY Orders are shipped via India Post, FedEx or DHL, with shipping costs included in the product price. For international orders, local partners may handle final delivery.

International Shipping: Additional fees may apply for international orders. I’ll provide a transparent quote before finalising your order. Please note that customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Time-frame: I’ll provide an estimated delivery window, but delays caused by postal services are beyond my control.

Express Shipping: If you need expedited shipping, let me know during your order. I’ll arrange it for an additional fee and prioritise your deadline while maintaining quality.
