Delivery Policy

Commissions:

  • Timeline: Once we’ve agreed on the details and I’ve started working on your commission, I’ll keep you updated on the progress. The time it takes to complete a commission varies depending on the complexity of the artwork.
  • Shipping: After your piece is finished and you’ve approved it, I’ll carefully package it and ship it to you. Shipping times depend on your location, but I’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date and tracking information once it’s on its way.

Prints:

  • Processing Time: Orders for prints are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping: I use reliable shipping services to ensure your prints arrive safely. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Return and Refund Policy

I strive for 100% satisfaction with every purchase. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all prints.

Prints:

  • Return Eligibility: If you’re not completely satisfied with your print, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email me at sales@iamravone.art with your order details and the reason for your return. I’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the print.
  • Refund: Once I receive the returned print in its original condition, I’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Commissions:

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the custom nature of commissioned artworks, I cannot offer refunds on these pieces. However, I will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at sales@iamravone.art with photos of the damage. I’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
