If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at sales@iamravone.art to arrange a return and refund.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Processing Time: Orders for prints are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
2. Shipping: I use reliable shipping services to ensure your prints arrive safely. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Prints: If you’re not completely satisfied with your print, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please email me at sales@iamravone.art with your order details and the reason for your return. Once I receive the returned print in its original condition, I’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
2. Commissions: Due to the custom nature of commissioned artworks, I cannot offer refunds on these pieces. However, I will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at sales@iamravone.art with photos of the damage. I’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
